  It hasn't rained all day. The driver didn't deliver my package, even though I was standing on my porch as he was leaving. He left a note that said undeliverable for RAIN. It hasn't rained and he saw me. Unacceptable!
  After I called and complained, the driver was sent back. He sat outside and blew his horn until I came out. This is not how you make up for your mistake.
