    I was really upset and unsatisfied. We've had issues with this establishment in the past but today was the icing on the cake and we will no longer be using this businesses services.

    I ordered a 6-piece bone-in wing order and a meaty marinara pasta plate. I ordered for delivery around 9pm and was waiting and waiting for a hour. I knew they closed at 10pm so around 9:55pm I called to inquire about my order.

    The lady who answers asks me if I had the wing order and I said, "Yes." True to their poor customer service reputation she says, in a monotone, uncaring voice, that their frying machine was down and they could not make my wings. I asked about the other part of the order and she tells me they tried to call me to tell me they couldn't make the wings and they "couldn't get a hold" of me so they cancelled the order. My phone had perfect signal and never once rang, the lady advised me they probably didn't have the correct information... I checked under my login when I placed the order and it is correct.

    I am very disappointed in this business and they have lost my business.
